You may ask: what do us wedding worker bees get up to in the off-season? Well in this particular case we gather in the woods, armed with our respective tools of trade and create a taste of styled something we called “rustic luxe”. In this instance the “we” I refer to is 17 of the most fabulous wedding businesses Essex has to offer. All women, all creatives, calling in favours and busting a gut on this freezing cold March afternoon to showcase just a slice of what we love to do. The creativity, resourcefulness and energy of this bunch blew me away and continues to inspire me every time I look at these images. Who were these wonderful women, well here come the credits…

Also a very special mention to the wonderful Tealicious, Cherry Red and Jessica Dunn MUA for their invaluable help on the day. And last but by no means least our stunning (and very well humoured in the face of freezing conditions) models Frankie Howell, Amanda Louise Broadway and Sarah-Louise Surridge.
Thank you all for your efforts, your vision, your humour, your talents and most of all for reminding the world from a leafy corner of wooded Essex that we are always always better together.
