Week 3 Lockdown…

A third week in lockdown. I’m not sure it’s the new normal yet but we’re certainly settling in. Emotions are running a little less high all around. Orlee’s finally stopped asking “where are we going today?” every morning. I’m getting in to the groove of my new role as homeschool teacher and this much more full on version of mothering and house keeping. I’ve even found time for reading and running. However, alcohol consumption is still through the roof and my mind still wonders in to the terrors of the times in the evenings and there’s still tears.

For me, shooting is cathartic and sharing feels like therapy by connecting us to the outside. So between everything that’s involved in these COVID times with kids… These are the moments I manage to grab my camera…
